ABSTRACT

Objective:To construct a practical education training quality evaluation system that can monitor the entire training process for the master of public health, and to provide a basis for improving the public health education system. Methods:Based on the survey of the current status of the master of public health, combined with the literature survey, the focus group discussion and the expert forum, an evaluation system was established, and the weight coefficient of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). All data were entered by Excel double-person, and matlabR2018a was used to calculate the weight, and determine the maximum characteristic root of the matrix, consistency index and consistency ratio. Results:The evaluation index system consisted of 7 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators. The average authority coefficient of 32 experts was 0.791. The top three items with the highest weight in the first-level indicators were mentor guidance (0.213), professional practice (0.157) and scientific research topics (0.149). The weight coefficient consistency ratio ( CR) was 0.040, showing that the consistency test passed ( CR<0.1). Conclusion:The educational quality evaluation system of the master of public health constructed by the institute is scientific, and the weight of the evaluation index reflects the focus of the postgraduate training process of the master of public health, which can provide a reference for improving the quality of public health professionals.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of ING5 gene on growth inhibition of gastric cancer. Methods ING5 expressing plasmid was transfect?ed into SGC?7901 cells. The cell viability was assessed by CCK?8,cell apoptosis and cycle was detected by flow cytometry analysis, the migration and invasion was evaluated by scratch and transwell, the expressions of mRNA and protein were determined by real?time quantitative PCR and West?ern blot respectively. Nude mice were implanted subcutaneously with SGC?7901 cells and tumor size and related protein were analyzed. Results After transfection of pEGFP?N1?ING5,the proliferation of gastric cancer SGC?7901 cells was significantly inhibited(P<0.05),the apoptosis was decreased(P<0.05),the percentage of G1 phase was increased and G2 phase was decreased(P<0.05),the ability of migration and invasion was reduced(P<0.05),the expression of NF?κB,PI3K,p?Akt1/2/3,Bcl?2,XIAP,β?catenin,c?myc mRNA,and protein levels were significantly in?creased(P<0.05),and the expression of Akt1/2/3、MMP9 mRNA and protein levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion The ING5gene inhibits the SGC?7901 cell proliferation, induces G1 arrest, inhibits the migration and invasion, and effectively regulates the related genes and proteins about cell proliferation, cell cycle and adhesion, but reduces apoptosis. ING5 can inhibit the evolution and development of gastric can?cer.

ABSTRACT

This is a research carried out to explore a pragmatic way of BCI based imaging movement, i. e. to extract the feature of EEG for reflecting different thinking by searching suitable methods of signal extraction and recognition algorithm processing, to boost the recognition rate of communication for BCI system, and finally to establish a substantial theory and experimental support for BCI application. In this paper, different mental tasks for imaging left-right hands movement from 6 subjects were studied in three different time sections (hint keying at 2s, 1s and 0s after appearance of arrow). Then we used wavelet analysis and Feed-forward Back-propagation Neural Network (BP-NN) method for processing and analyzing the experimental data of off-line. Delay time delta t2, delta t1 and delta t0 for all subjects in the three different time sections were analyzed. There was significant difference between delta to and delta t2 or delta t1 (P<0.05), but no significant difference was noted between delta t2 and delta t1 (P>0.05). The average results of recognition rate were 65%, 86.67% and 72%, respectively. There were obviously different features for imaging left-right hands movement about 0.5-1s before actual movement; these features displayed significant difference. We got higher recognition rate of communication under the hint keying at about 1s after the appearance of arrow. These showed the feasibility of using the feature signals extracted from the project as the external control signals for BCI system, and demon strated that the project provided new ideas and methods for feature extraction and classification of mental tasks for BCI.
